UD 101C: Kitchen Safety
We stress the importance of cleanliness and food safety through out the process of preparing food.
UD 102C: Culinary Skills
Students learn and practice kitchen utensils and skills as required by the food items they are preparing daily.
UD 103C: Cooking Hot and Cold Meals
In a weekly menu, students prepare a variety of dishes that balance their healthy meals, culinary skills and food preparation.
UD 104C: Pastry
Students practice doing a variety of sweet and salt pastries.
UD 105C: Hospitality
Students learn and practice setting tables, serving clients and communicating with them properly.
UD 106C: Chocolate and Cookies:
Students do their own products of chocolate cornflakes and various cookies. Their branded products are sold, upon that they get a monthly salary.
