OUR STORY
It started at "Nutrition and Diet Center" s.a.r.l!
Udiversity is the brainchild of Mrs. Sawsan Wazzan Jabri and her husband, Mr. Rifaat Jabri, distinguished experts in Food Science and Nutrition. They are also the visionaries behind “Nutrition and Diet Center” S.A.R.L., a trusted family-owned enterprise renowned for its dietary consultations, programs, and provision of wholesome homemade lunch boxes and snacks. Leveraging their expertise, Udiversity is committed to providing culinary training for individuals with disabilities and offering specialized food packaging solutions tailored to meet the needs of those with special requirements in Lebanon.
We had the kitchen, we decided to Empower!
At “Diet Center”, our fully operational kitchen offers diverse employment opportunities suitable for everyone. Initially conceived as part of our corporate social responsibility, training individuals with disabilities has blossomed into an independent culinary academy. With input from our students and expert guidance from a licensed psychologist, the concept of a culinary academy promoting diversity came to fruition as “UDIVERSITY”.
At “Udiversity”, we specialize in providing professional culinary training for young adults facing challenges such as autism, Down syndrome, and various developmental delays. Our academy is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through comprehensive instruction in cooking techniques, food service, and specialized skills like food packaging and gift wrapping. Our tailored programs cater to the unique needs of our students, ensuring they receive the necessary support to excel in the culinary industry.
AN AMAZING JOURNEY BEGUN!
Udiversity will be launching 11 products that are all prepared and packaged by our students. Udiversity products will be marketed through social media, word of mouth, displays in our facilities as well as at other points of sale. Part of the proceeds of Udiveristy products will go to supporting our enrolled students.

Experience Hoda’s mouthwatering “Warak Inab” and “Kibbeh” dishes, or savor Lamees’ special platters including Zucchini, Grape Leaves, Chich Barak, Kibbeh, and mini pastries. Our skilled students also contribute to preparing salads and breakfast items, enriching your culinary journey with diverse flavors and delights.
