At Udiversity, we have a strict rule for kitchen attire because we believe food safety
and proper hygiene are key to working in a functional kitchen.
Face Mask
Medical face masks are required for all participants in our culinary training for disabilities. Safety first, always.
Sanitation & Cleaning
At our Culinary training facility for disabilities, sanitation is daily priority. we ensure proper hand washing and sanitizing protocols are followed diligently in the kitchen before and after each task.
Apron
Adding an apron over your jacket enhances safety during culinary activities by keeping clothing clean and reducing contamination risks.
Hair Nets
Hair nets are essential in our culinary practices to prevent loose hair from contaminating the food, ensuring a hygienic cooking environment
Sanitized Packaging
We use sanitized packaging for all food products prepared in our facility. This ensures that the food remains clean and safe from the kitchen to the customer, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Gloves
Wearing gloves is mandatory for all participants in our culinary training programs. Gloves provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring that food is handled with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
